About Us

In 2013, Faye and I (Betty) met working together at a Co. called Northern Quebec Module known today as Ullivik. A lodging for Inuit based in Montreal. Getting to know each other through the years and realizing we shared the same passion for cooking. We would share our dishes at work with our colleagues and sometimes catered work events.  In 2015, Faye and I decided to start our journey together from inside our home kitchen, Being from two different backgrounds Faye from St. Vincent and I from Haiti, we decided to combine our cultures and talents and fuse our dishes, and this is when the name Faybee’s named after ourselves was founded. New to the Faybee’s team is Johnson Blot Co-Owner and Manager of Faybee’s Restuarant, who bring with him over 12 years of experience.

We started out offering a lunch service, taking advance orders as early as 4 a.m. and delivering lunches to hospitals, corporate offices, and other destinations before having to start our evening shifts at our initial job. This went on for about a year before unfortunate circumstances led us to stop the service.

Our History

Welcome to Faybee’s, where culinary passion and diverse flavors come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Founded in 2015 by Faye and Betty, two individuals who share a deep love for cooking, our restaurant is the culmination of years of dedication and a dream brought to life.
Faye and Betty’s culinary journey began in 2013 when they crossed paths while working at Northern Quebec Module, now known as Ullivik, a prestigious lodging for Inuit based in Montreal. Bonding over their shared passion for the culinary arts, they started showcasing their talents by sharing their dishes with colleagues and even catering to work events. It was during this time that their unique backgrounds—Faye hailing from St. Vincent and Betty from Haiti—inspired them to merge their cultures and talents, resulting in the birth of Faybee’s.

Our Journey

In its early days, Faybee’s operated from the comfort of their home kitchen, offering a lunch service that catered to hospitals, corporate offices, and various destinations. Despite the challenges, Faye and Betty’s dedication shone through as they diligently prepared and delivered their flavorful creations, all while balancing their evening shifts at their initial job. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to temporarily suspend this service.
Today, Faye and Betty feel immensely blessed and grateful as they realize their long-cherished dream of owning their own restaurant. Located in the heart of N.D.G. at 5779 Chemin Upper Lachine Rd., Faybee’s proudly serves the vibrant and diverse community of N.D.G and its surrounding areas.

Client reviews

Griot à emporter pour 4 personnes et c’était DÉLICIEUX! Le porc est tendre et juteux, les portions sont généreuses et l’assiette est bien présentée. Nous nous sommes régalés.

It was my first time going to this restaurant, I have been in other carabine restaurants but this one is special. I called for 3 chicken rôties. Me and my girlfriend with our son could not finish, they were huge and delicious. I wish I could give more than 5 stars but I can’t. So thank you for a wonderful dinner and certainly I will be back to try other delicious food. Thank you for making my evening pleasant
